DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy In this 1-hour module, agents will be exposed to topics regarding representation and agreements required in Minnesota. We hear the words fiduciary, representation, dual agency and single agency all the time. We know we have to make an Agency Disclosure at one point or another. By attending this course, students will learn more about the 6 components of fiduciary, how to create an agency relationship and the proper handling of disclosure. This class fulfills 1 hour of Agency required by the Dept. of Commerce.
