Instructor: Deb Greene *This class has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education. *This class has been approved by Minnesota Realtors. **This course will count toward the GRI Designation. Cost: FREE to SCAAR Members $37.50 if you are not a REALTOR Member of SCAAR NOTE: Attendance Policy!!! Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be there by the start time of class and cannot leave before the course has concluded. This means you cannot even be 1 minute late or leave 1 minute early. You have until the start time of class to cancel your registration. If you do not cancel and do not show up, members will be charged a no show fee of $10.50 per credit hour.
