DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy New Member Orientation and Code of Ethics training for new REALTOR agents. Lunch will be provided; Please inform SCAAR if you have any allergies or dietary needs. This is a required class that new Realtor Members need to attend within nine months of joining SCAAR. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 4 hours of real estate continuing education. ATTENDANCE POLICY: Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4:Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be there by the start time of class and cannot leave before the course has concluded. This means you cannot even be 1 minute late or leave 1 minute early. If you are not a member of SCAAR and decide to cancel your registration, there is a $10.00 fee.
