Pre-registration is required to attend this class. Lunch will be provided. Please inform the SCAAR office in advance if you have any allergies and/or dietary needs. This is a required class that new agents need to attend within 6 months of joining SCAAR. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 4 hours of real estate continuing education. ATTENDANCE POLICY: Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be there by the start time of class and cannot leave before the course has concluded. This means you cannot even be 1 minute late or leave 1 minute early. If you are not able to log on to cancel, you may send an email to Kelly@stcloudrealtors.com to cancel your registration. If you are not a member of SCAAR and decide to cancel your registration, there is a $10.00 fee.
