(You cannot get credit for both.) This course is APPROVED by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education. This course is provided by Minnesota Realtors. Cost: FREE to SCAAR Members $47.00 if you are not a REALTOR Member of SCAAR Registration will close Oct. 17 at noon. This will allow us to get a list of registered individuals to the instructor. *You will have a test at the end of this class. Upon completion of the course and passing of the test, you would get credit for attendance in Pulse Portal within 10 days. NOTE: Attendance Policy!!! Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be there by the start time of class and cannot leave before the course has concluded. This means you cannot even be 1 minute late or leave 1 minute early.
