DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy This course will help real estate professionals understand the practices of negotiating on behalf of, and in the best interests of their real estate clients in the purchase, sale, or lease of real property. Students will learn how to understand the needs, concerns, priorities, and motivations of parties to the negotiation in order to better serve the interests of their clients. This class will help agents deal with difficult negotiators, achieve resolution in transactions, and build a good relationship with the parties. Instructor: Deb Greene *This class has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education. *This class has been approved by Minnesota Realtors. **This course will count toward the GRI Designation. Per the DOC Minnesota Statute 45.30, Subd. 4: Continuing education courses must be attended in their entirety in order to receive credit for the number of approved hours. You must be there by the start time of class and cannot leave before the course has concluded. This means you cannot even be 1 minute late or leave 1 minute early.
